The Layout included a 25 meter wide Losburger Clearspan, a 80x130 cocktail tent and many supporting tents
 
The tents occupied a full parking lot on the DHMC campus
 
Flags on the center poles of the 80x130 added to the festive atmosphere
 
We started the set-up a full week before the event.
 
The Valet tent greeted the guests with a parking service
 

The Cocktail tent was decorated with images of the history of medicine
Our floor was arranged in a black and white check

 
The bars had a background of older medical videos
 
Unique rental furniture was brought in just for this event
 
Furniture from an old hospital room was on display   A Desoto ambulance was also on display
 
The guests enjoyed all the items presented   The guests moved from the cocktail tent to the main dinner tent through our custom made "tunnel" tent.
 
The pattern of our floor led the guest to the center of the Dinner tent   The tables were placed on a white floor while the aisles were black
 
Different linen colors designated the seperate guest sections   Unique shaped bars hinted at the idea of the future to come
 
Darkstar provided the lighting, sound and video displays to really engage the guests.   With the specialty lighiting turned on, the dinner tent was ready for the guests
 
Summersweet Floral made the tables really stand out.   The videos were ready to role
 
When the guest entered, they were impressed with the sophistication of the event  
The main catering kitchen was buzzing with activity
 
The NECI chefs were busy in their three customized field kitchens   Soon the servers and chefs were serving the main course
 
The meal was complete once the dessert was served   A live auction and dancing finished the evening
